From 2018, I spent time in Portugal on a regular basis. I had access to a large and beautiful new studio in the countryside. The combination of nature, light, and space was truly inspiring.
Back in Amsterdam, I felt the urge to create tapestries once again. In my early twenties, I also had a period of making tapestries. Before I knew it, everyone was providing materials. I have plenty to work with for now.
